The first time I applied Dwell Chat, I was at situation #2 during the queue and it took 18 minutes until eventually a Dwell agent responded. The 2nd time, I used to be at position #2 again, but this time it only took 8 minutes hold out time. This is fairly excellent in comparison to other exchanges
